Something exciting is taking shape in Dublin 8.
At Staycity Group, we believe that great spaces should bring people together, spark ideas and add something meaningful to the neighbourhoods we’re part of. That’s why we’re opening the doors to a brand-new opportunity at our Tivoli aparthotel.
We’re inviting not-for-profit organisations, collectives, arts groups and community-focused teams to help us shape a new cultural space from the ground up.
The Tivoli Space is a 353 m² white box space (a blank canvas with huge potential!) and we’re looking for the right partner (or partners) to transform it into a vibrant, inclusive cultural hub.
Our ambition is simple: to create an affordable, flexible and welcoming space that supports year-round cultural activity and connects meaningfully with Dublin 8.
What’s on Offer
The selected occupant(s) will benefit from:

A heavily subsidised rent agreement

Seven-day access (approximately 8am–10pm)

A three-year licence, with a review after 18 months
More than just a venue, this is an opportunity to build something lasting; a space that evolves with the community around it.
What We’re Looking For
We’re open to bold, imaginative ideas that bring energy into the space. That could mean:

Exhibitions and installations

Performances and live events

Workshops and community programmes

Experimental or multidisciplinary work
We’re particularly interested in proposals that mix disciplines, encourage collaboration and create a dynamic, ever-changing programme of activity.
Who can apply
To be eligible, applicants must:

Be a not-for-profit or charitable organisation, group or collective operating in Ireland

Offer inclusive, publicly accessible programming

Deliver a balanced mix of creative, cultural and community-focused activity

Demonstrate sustainable funding and organisational viability
Partnerships and joint applications are very welcome, especially where they bring diverse skills and perspectives together.
