Important info

There's no scheduled clean of your apartment for stays of six nights or less. Washing up liquid, a sponge, disposable cloth, tea towels, dustpan and brush, bin bags, and bathroom bag sacks are provided in your apartment. Mops and floor brushes (if not already in your apartment) are available upon request. If you would like an additional freshening up, we can provide a full cleaning service, including a change of bed linen and towels for a small cost. For stays of 7 nights or more a full cleaning service is included on the 4th day of your stay, which includes a change of bed linen, towels and a general sprucing up of the apartment. This cleaning will also occur every 7 days thereafter.
Unfortunately we cannot accept pets (except guide dogs of course). We have a strict non-smoking policy in any of our rooms or communal areas. Events or parties are not permitted, and additional guests/visitors must sign in at reception.
Check-in online before you arrive! Our quick and easy online check-in is required at all our properties so all you have to do is pick up your key on arrival. Check-in is from 3pm (15:00) and check-out is before 11am (11:00). You can add late check-out by the hour to your booking.
We know that flexibility is more important than ever for our guests, and we want to give you ultimate peace of mind when you book with us. Fully Flexible rates offer free cancellation online up to 3pm the day before you arrive. If cancelled outside of this the first night will be charged. Semi Flexible rates are payable on booking, but you can still cancel for free online up until 3pm 3 days before arrival.
We have accessible rooms available with extra space for wheelchair users and features such as lowered bathroom facilities and pull cord for emergencies.

Yes, we provide complimentary cots and high chairs. A fitted sheet is included with the travel cot, but you need to provide the rest. You can add cots and high chairs to your booking on staycity.com so they're in your apartment when you arrive.
