What we're doing

Our Aim is Simple

To create an accessible, affordable, and flexible space that supports year-round creative activity and connects meaningfully with local communities in Dublin 8.

With a shortage of cultural infrastructure across the city, this is a chance to build something that truly adds value - for artists, audiences, and the neighbourhood alike.

What's On Offer

What We Provide

The selected occupant(s) will benefit from a heavily subsidised rent agreement, along with access to the space seven days a week (approximately 8am–10pm). The opportunity is offered on a three-year licence, with a review after 18 months.

We’re looking for ideas that bring energy, creativity and community into the space, from exhibitions and performances to workshops, events and experimental work. Multidisciplinary and cross-sector programming is encouraged, with a strong emphasis on creating a dynamic mix of uses.
