DUBLIN, 29 JUNE 2026 – Staycity Aparthotels has announced a new partnership with award-winning Irish theatre company THISISPOPBABY to establish a vibrant new creative hub in the heart of Dublin city centre.

As part of the initiative, THISISPOPBABY will take on a dedicated studio space, provided rent-free by Staycity for three years, creating a dynamic environment where artists can work, collaborate and develop new projects.
The collaboration reflects a shared commitment to supporting creativity and championing the role artists play in shaping the cultural life of the city. By combining Staycity’s focus on creative placemaking with THISISPOPBABY’s bold, artist-led approach to contemporary performance, the partnership aims to provide meaningful opportunities for artists at a crucial stage in their careers.
The new studios will serve as an independent space for artistic experimentation, collaboration and innovation, while remaining closely connected to the energy and infrastructure of Staycity's Little Mary Street location. Guests staying with Staycity will also have opportunities to engage directly with THISISPOPBABY’s work through bespoke special offers.

This announcement follows the recently launched Tivoli Space Open Call which is currently in underway with an announcement due in the coming weeks identifying the selected applicant to activate the space.
