Towels & Linen

• Our towels and bed linen are washed on cycles of 60 degrees+ to ensure effective sanitization.  
• There is no scheduled clean of your apartment for stays of six nights or less. Additional towel packs are available on request.
• If your stay is for 7 nights+ our team will deliver fresh bed linen, towels, and cleaning supplies to your door before 12pm on Day 7.  This avoids entry to your apartment to maintain social distancing guidelines.  All linen packs will be packed and delivered by our team wearing PPE.  All used laundry should be placed back in the linen pack and left outside your door before 12 pm the next day for collection.

Cleaning

• A complimentary weekly cleaning service with fresh linen and towels is provided. Your apartment is cleaned mid-stay during the 7 nights, and every 7 days thereafter. Should your stay be less than 7 nights, extra cleaning can be arranged for an additional fee. Please ask reception for further details. 
• If you would like your rubbish collected just hang the ‘Please collect my rubbish’ sign on your door before 12 noon and we will dispose of it.  

Luggage

If you need to store your luggage for a few hours after check-out, our safe and convenient lockers are available for a small fee. 

Guest Laundry

We also have an in-house laundrette – Tokens can be purchased at reception. 

Gym

We have a small gym/fitness room in Staycity Deptford Bridge property (5 minutes’ walk) which is complimentary and can be accessed between 6am and 10pm. Due to Covid-19 the gym is closed.

Check-out

• Check out is 11am. If you require a late check-out this could be arranged with reception on the day of departure with a charge of £10 per hour. Late check-outs cannot be guaranteed and are subject to occupancy levels / availability.
