London is positively beaming this summer, with everyone’s favourite attractions welcoming staycationers, curious locals, and soon visitors from further afield. From family fun day trips, to iconic selfie spots we’ve got you covered. Make the most of your trip to London with our Top Summer Activities…

1. emirates air line

Get ready to fly across London… Connecting the Greenwich Peninsula to the Royal Docks, the Emirates Air Line is a cable car with one hell of a view. Go during the day to spot famous London buildings and bridges, or at night for a romantic sunset ride. The journey takes about 10 minutes, just enough time to take in the Thames and glittering lights of the London skyline. Hire a private cabin for groups of up to 10 people on a round trip, or simply hop on to cross the city with local commuters.

Get the perfect picture with the London skyline as your backdrop. The Shard is London’s tallest building, with a 360° panoramic view of the city. Enjoy a glass of champagne on the open air sky deck or book a spot at the Time Out silent disco. There’s special family rates if you’re bringing the kids, and weekend rooftop parties if you fancy a dance in the clouds.
