Yes, we are well connected for exploring London. Located right beside Deptford Bridge DLR station, Canary Wharf is just 13 minutes away, while the City and central London are within easy reach. Cutty Sark is a 15-minute walk away, with Greenwich Park around 20 minutes on foot. You’ll also be surrounded by local favourites like Deptford Market Yard, Buster Mantis and the historic Deptford Creek.

Breakfast is available from 7–10am on weekdays, and from 7:30–10:30am on weekends.

Guests can use our secure parking facility at Staycity Greenwich High Road, just a 5 minute walk from Staycity Deptford Bridge. Parking spaces are limited and must be booked in advance. The price for guests is £13 per car, per night.

The car park entrance is located beside our Greenwich aparthotel, opposite the entrance to Premier Inn on Merryweather Place. Please contact reception ahead of arrival to arrange your parking permit before parking your car.

Yes, we have luggage lockers available. Upon arrival or departure, please ask at reception and they will provide you with this service.

Yes! It's open 24 hours daily so there’s no excuse not to work up a sweat! You’ll find a range of cardio equipment, weight training and resistance equipment to keep the blood pumping.

There's no scheduled clean of your apartment for stays of six nights or less. Washing liquid, a sponge, a disposable cloth, tea towels, dustpan and brush, bin bags, and bathroom bags are provided in your apartment. Mops and floor brushes (if not already in your apartment) are available upon request. If you would like an additional freshening up, we can provide a full cleaning service, including a change of bed linen and towels for a small cost. For stays of 7 nights or more a full cleaning service is included on the 4th day of your stay, which includes a change of bed linen, towels and a general sprucing up of the apartment. This cleaning will also occur every 7 days thereafter.

We have a strict non-smoking policy in any of our rooms or communal areas. Events, parties or additional guests/visitors are not permitted. We also now offer pet friendly stays – check out our pet policy here.

Check-in online before you arrive! Our quick and easy online check-in is required at all our properties so all you have to do is pick up your key on arrival.

Check-in is from 3pm (15:00) and check-out is before 11am (11:00), or 12pm for members (subject to availability).

We offer the flexibility to extend your check-out time by up to 4 hours (or 3 hours if you've opted for 12pm check-out). This is subject to availability, and is charged per hour.

We know that flexibility is more important than ever for our guests, and we want to give you ultimate peace of mind when you book with us. Fully Flexible rates offer free cancellation online up to 3pm the day before you arrive. If cancelled outside of this the first night will be charged. 

No Show Policy
If a customer fails to arrive or does not cancel within the cancellation policy time – they are treated as a “No Show”. If they have booked the fully flexible rate they will be charged for the first night of their stay only. If they have booked a semi-flexible rate the full amount will be charged and is non-refundable.
