Your Aparthotel

There's no scheduled clean of your apartment for stays of 6 nights or less. For stays of 7 nights or more a full cleaning service is included on the 4th day of your stay, which includes a change of bed linen, towels and a general sprucing up of the apartment. This cleaning will also occur every 7 days thereafter.

If you would like an additional freshening up, we can provide a full cleaning service, including a change of bed linen and towels. This service is €35 for apartments and €65 for villas, and can be booked by speaking with our reception team or when you check in online.

Any rubbish you would like us to collect please hang the ‘please collect my rubbish’ sign on the outside of your door and our housekeeping team will happily remove it on the next daytime schedule.

As part of our strategy for a green future we do not change towels daily.  Should you need additional towels we are happy to replace a set within your stay.

Check-out is 11am, for villas check-out is by 10am. Late check-out is subject to availability and charged €12.50 per hour.

Members can enjoy a complimentary late check-out until 12pm (subject to availability).

Express Checkout is now available. Simply drop your key in the box on departure.

Our aparthotel has a beautiful heated outdoor pool complete with garden area, sun terrace and magnificent views. Relax in one of our 80 sun loungers or perfect your breaststroke while enjoying a stunning view over the lake. The pool is open daily from 9 am to 8 pm.

Please note the pool is only accessible after check-in and not accessible on the day of departure.

We are a five minute drive from Disneyland® Paris.

You can avail of our free, private, shuttlebus to and from Disneyland® Paris.

This departs Monday to Sunday from reception and returns from Disneyland® Paris.

You can now buy tickets to Disneyland® Paris at the reception. But remember the Disney® Parks fill up quickly and may be booked out on the day, so buying your tickets in advance is always a good idea!

Your Room

Hand and body soap are provided in the wall-mounted dispensers. We are happy to top up bathroom supplies (hand wash, hair & body wash) if required. 

Toilet rolls are provided upon arrival and will be replenished during your stay.   

Tea bags, coffee, milk, salt, pepper and sugar sachets are provided on arrival.  Should you need these replenishing please let our reception team know.   

Our specially designed, comfortable sofa beds are not made up on arrival, but we provide all the necessary linen required in your room.

They're simple to assemble, but if you need a little help you'll find a step by step guide here.

For your convenience and peace of mind, there is a safe in every room. Please note, Staycity Aparthotels is not responsible for loss, damage or theft of items placed in the safe.

To close the safe:

  1. Enter your chosen 4 digit code
  2. Press the 'enter/clear' key
  3. Shut the door and press the ‘close’ key
  4. The message ‘closed’ will appear on the display, meaning the safe has closed securely.

To open the safe:

  1. Key in your code
  2. The message ‘open’ will appear on the display, and you will be able to open the safe.

If you enter an incorrect safe code, the safe will go into lock out mode for 20 minutes. If you have any issues, please contact reception.
