Yes. We have a private and secure on-site carpark. You can easily reserve your space when you complete your online booking with us. The carpark is accessible via Moor Street, just to the right of the Staycity entrance. Please ring reception and we will open the gate if you booked parking directly with Staycity. Please note there is maximum height restriction of 1.8m.
Yes! Our Staycafé is open 24/7 and serves a buffet breakfast, snacks and pizzas (you can order these to go and enjoy them in your apartment), freshly ground coffee and a wide range of drinks including beer, wine and premium spirits.
Don’t forget you’re also free to rustle up your own breakfast in your fully equipped kitchen. In our pantry we sell a range of breakfast items for you to prepare in your apartment and a great range of snacks, sweets, drinks, and toiletries.
Yes! It's open 24 hours daily so there’s no excuse not to work up a sweat! You’ll find a range of cardio equipment, weight training and resistance equipment to keep the blood pumping.

There's no scheduled clean of your apartment for stays of six nights or less. Washing liquid, a sponge, a disposable cloth, tea towels, dustpan and brush, bin bags, and bathroom bags are provided in your apartment. Mops and floor brushes (if not already in your apartment) are available upon request. If you would like an additional freshening up, we can provide a full cleaning service, including a change of bed linen and towels for a small cost. For stays of 7 nights or more a full cleaning service is included on the 4th day of your stay, which includes a change of bed linen, towels and a general sprucing up of the apartment. This cleaning will also occur every 7 days thereafter.
Unfortunately we cannot accept pets (except guide dogs of course). We have a strict non-smoking policy in any of our rooms or communal areas. Events, parties or additional guests/visitors are not permitted.
Check-in online before you arrive! Our quick and easy online check-in is required at all our properties so all you have to do is pick up your key on arrival.
Check-in is from 3pm (15:00) and check-out is before 11am (11:00), or 12pm for members (subject to availability).
We offer the flexibility to extend your check-out time by up to 4 hours (or 3 hours if you've opted for 12pm check-out). This is subject to availability, and is charged per hour.
We know that flexibility is more important than ever for our guests, and we want to give you ultimate peace of mind when you book with us. Fully Flexible rates offer free cancellation online up to 3pm the day before you arrive. If cancelled outside of this the first night will be charged. Semi Flexible rates are payable on booking, but you can still cancel for free online up until 3pm 3 days before arrival.
No Show Policy
If a customer fails to arrive or does not cancel within the cancellation policy time – they are treated as a “No Show”. If they have booked the fully flexible rate they will be charged for the first night of their stay only. If they have booked a semi-flexible rate the full amount will be charged and is non-refundable.
We have accessible rooms available with extra space for wheelchair users and features such as lowered bathroom facilities and pull cord for emergencies.
