Your Aparthotel
There's no scheduled clean of your apartment for stays of 6 nights or less. For stays of 7 nights or more a full cleaning service is included on the 4th day of your stay, which includes a change of bed linen, towels and a general sprucing up of the apartment. This cleaning will also occur every 7 days thereafter.
If you would like an additional freshening up, we can provide a full cleaning service, including a change of bed linen and towels for a small cost.
Any rubbish you would like us to collect please hang the ‘please collect my rubbish’ sign on the outside of your door and our housekeeping team will happily remove it on the next daytime schedule.
As part of our strategy for a green future we do not change towels daily. Should you need additional towels we are happy to replace a set within your stay.
Check-out is 11am. Late check-out is subject to availability and charged per hour.
Members can enjoy a complimentary late check-out until 12pm (subject to availability).
Express Checkout is now available. Simply drop your key in the box on departure.
We have guest laundry facilities available for use. Our friendly reception team will be happy to assist.
If you need to store your luggage for a few hours after check-out, our safe and convenient lockers are available for a small fee.
Our fitness room is open daily from 6am to 10pm, and includes range of cardio equipment, weight training and resistance equipment.
Your Room
Hand and body soap are provided in the wall-mounted dispensers. We are happy to top up bathroom supplies (hand wash, hair & body wash) if required.
Toilet rolls are provided upon arrival and will be replenished during your stay.
Tea bags, coffee, milk, salt, pepper and sugar sachets are provided on arrival. Should you need these replenishing please let our reception team know.
Our specially designed, comfortable sofa beds are not made up on arrival, but we provide all the necessary linen required in your room.

At Staycity, we are committed to sustainability and reducing our carbon footprint. The air conditioning system has the greatest impact, so we are working to optimise its use while still providing ideal room conditions. We aim to maintain a room temperature between 18°C and 24°C, ensuring your comfort while helping to reduce CO2 emissions.
How to Use the AC System
Turn On/Off: Press the small ON button located on top of the controller. The display shows ON when the AC is running.
Wake Up Display: Tap 'O' in the centre of the controller to turn on the display
Adjust Temperature: Tap the +/- buttons on the controller to adjust the temperature. The room will reach the temperature on the screen.
Adjust Fan Speed: Navigate to the Fan Speed menu, then use the +/- buttons to adjust the fan speed.
Energy-Saving Features
The AC unit automatically switches off between 23:00 and 06:00 if no activity is detected for 90 minutes. If you need the AC during this time, simply press the ON button to reactivate it.
