In order to service you as a potential candidate we are required to collect personal details from you. Should you be successfully shortlisted for one of our open vacancies, you will be invited to an initial screening interview at our offices, or via a telephone or skype call. Throughout this we will gather the following information:

The main purpose for us to collect this information is to gather the relevant information on you, your skillset and your level of experience. This allows us to gauge the suitability in you for the position in which you have applied for.

LinkedIn Application
You also have the option where you log in with your LinkedIn profile to automatically import your profile details into our database.

Who receives your data?
Your data is collected by Staycity Aparthotels and will be used only by employees of Staycity Aparthotels. We do not share your information with anyone outside of the organization.
The information that you submit through our website will be automatically uploaded to our internal CRM solution which is hosted by a UK company called People HR.

How long will we hold your information?
We will hold the information you provide us with for a period of 3 years should you be successful in your application, should you not be successful we will only hold your information for a period of 3-6 Months. You also have the opportunity to ask us to remove your details from our database.
