For villas, check-in is from 4pm, and check-out by 10am. For all other rooms, Check-in is from 3pm, but our reception is open 24 hours so there’ll always be a friendly face to greet you on arrival. Check-out is by 11am. We offer early check-in and late check-out, but both are subject to availability and a charge. However, members of our Stay Sweet loyalty club get priority early check-in and complimentary late check-out until 1pm.

Yes we do! You can avail of our free, private, shuttlebus to and from Disneyland® Paris. This departs Monday to Sunday at 09.00, 09.30, 10.00, 10.30, 18.45, 19.15 and 20.00 and returns from Disneyland® Paris platform M at 19.00, 19.30 and 20.15.
If you miss our shuttle bus you can always take the public bus No. 34 which is available at the front of the property. It will take you directly to Disneyland platform A and is available to bring you back, you stop at the L’ORME ROND station. Our reception team will be more than happy to assist you with purchasing tickets.
Airport and train station transfers can easily be arranged with as little one hour's notice with a partner provider. This service is subject to a charge and can be arranged by contacting us directly by phone or email.
Yes! At Paris Marne la Vallée, we have a gorgeous outdoor heated swimming pool, complete with a garden area, sun terrace, chairs, loungers and wonderful views. The pool is not accessible on day of departure.

We also have meeting rooms for hire (call or email us in advance of your stay to book), and are just a 30-40 minute drive from Paris and Charles de Gaulle International Airport (CDG) and Paris/Orly Airport (ORY), meaning you're always just a short commute from where you need to be.
Yes, we have a restaurant, as well as a 24-hour café bar. The restaurant serves a full breakfast buffet each morning, and our café bar serves a delicious range of snacks and drinks (beers, wines, spirits, fresh fruit smoothies and milkshakes), as well as a fantastic range of Starbucks drinks, which use the same ingredients and are served to the same standard as any Starbucks store.
Sure! We have one large meeting room (144m²), which can be easily subdivided in to three smaller rooms (two at 46m² , and one at 41m² ). The large room can be configured as a U-shape that holds up to 40 people, or a theatre style that holds up to 100 people. The smaller rooms can be configured as a theatre style that holds up to 30 people, or table style that holds up to 12 people. The room has a TV, and there is further equipment for hire (sound system, wireless microphone, video projector, etc.). The rate for a one-day conference including morning coffee, lunch and afternoon coffee is €70 per person. Yes! It's open daily from 6am to 10pm, and includes a range of cardio equipment, weight training and resistance equipment. To comply with social distancing, it can only accommodate one person or apartment at a time, and must be pre-booked during your stay.
There's no scheduled clean of your apartment for stays of six nights or less. Washing up liquid, a sponge, disposable cloth, tea towels, dustpan and brush, bin bags, and bathroom bag sacks are provided in your apartment. Mops and floor brushes (if not already in your apartment) are available upon request. For an additional cost, we can arrange fresh bed linen, towels and cleaning supplies to be safely delivered to your door.
For stays of 7 nights or more a full cleaning service is included on the 4th day of your stay, which includes a change of bed linen, towels and a general sprucing up of the apartment. This cleaning will also occur every 7 days thereafter.
Yes, we provide complimentary cots and high chairs. A fitted sheet is included with the travel cot, but you need to provide the rest. You can add cots and high chairs to your booking on staycity.com so they're in your apartment when you arrive.
