For villas, check-in is from 4pm, and check-out by 10am. For all other rooms, Check-in is from 3pm, but our reception is open 24 hours so there’ll always be a friendly face to greet you on arrival. Check-out is by 11am. We offer early check-in and late check-out, but both are subject to availability and a charge. However, members of our Stay Sweet loyalty club get priority early check-in and complimentary late check-out until 12pm.

Yes, our aparthotel has a beautiful heated outdoor pool complete with garden area, sun terrace and magnificent views. Relax in one of our 80 sun loungers or perfect your breaststroke while enjoying a stunning view over the lake.

Please note: The swimming pool is currently closed for winter but will reopen on 20 April 2024.

Yes we do! You can avail of our free, private, shuttlebus to and from Disneyland® Paris. This departs Monday to Sunday from reception and returns from Disneyland® Paris. You can find the full timetable here.

If you miss our shuttle bus you can always take the public bus No. 34 which is available at the front of the property. Tickets are €2.50 per person. It will take you directly to Disneyland® Paris platform J and is available to bring you back, you stop at the L’ORME ROND station.

There's no scheduled clean of your apartment for stays of six nights or less. Washing liquid, a sponge, a disposable cloth, tea towels, dustpan and brush, bin bags, and bathroom bags are provided in your apartment. Mops and floor brushes (if not already in your apartment) are available upon request. If you would like an additional freshening up, we can provide a full cleaning service, including a change of bed linen and towels for a small cost. For stays of 7 nights or more a full cleaning service is included on the 4th day of your stay, which includes a change of bed linen, towels and a general sprucing up of the apartment. This cleaning will also occur every 7 days thereafter.

Unfortunately we cannot accept pets (except guide dogs of course). We have a strict non-smoking policy in any of our rooms or communal areas. Events, parties or additional guests/visitors are not permitted. 

Check-in online before you arrive! Our quick and easy online check-in is required at all our properties so all you have to do is pick up your key on arrival. For villas, check-in is from 4pm (16:00), and check-out by 10am (10:00). For all other rooms, check-in is from 3pm (15:00) and check-out is before 11am (11:00). You can add late check-out by the hour to your booking (subject to availability).

We know that flexibility is more important than ever for our guests, and we want to give you ultimate peace of mind when you book with us. Fully Flexible rates offer free cancellation online up to 3pm the day before you arrive. If cancelled outside of this the first night will be charged. Semi Flexible rates are payable on booking, but you can still cancel for free online up until 3pm 3 days before arrival.

No Show Policy
If a customer fails to arrive or does not cancel within the cancellation policy time – they are treated as a “No Show”. If they have booked the fully flexible rate they will be charged for the first night of their stay only. If they have booked a semi-flexible rate the full amount will be charged and is non-refundable.

We have accessible rooms available with extra space for wheelchair users and features such as lowered bathroom facilities and pull cord for emergencies.
