Our new aparthotel is really close to and within easy reach of Venice. The two are connected by the beautiful Ponte della Libertà (the Liberty Bridge), and our aparthotel is just a short walk (0.3km) from Venezia Mestre Station, where trains depart for Venice every 10 to 15 minutes and take just 10 to 12 minutes. Guests can also easily reach Venice by bus, taxi and water taxi.

The large room can be configured as a U-shape that holds up to 40 people, or a theatre style that holds up to 100 people. The smaller rooms can be configured as a theatre style that holds up to 30 people, or table style that holds up to 12 people. The room has a TV, and there is further equipment for hire (sound system, wireless microphone, video projector, etc.). We have a 24-hour secure parking facility for £15 per car per night. Space is limited, so make sure to book ahead. The entrance is via the large gate between Tesco and our entrance. Press 3939 to confirm your name with concierge. Once inside drive towards the sliding gate marked as Staycity in yellow. Choose a Staycity marked bay (1-47 or 56-62). Fines will be imposed by a third party for parking in any other bays. Once checked in you will receive a permit which needs to be displayed in your car at all times. If you do not pre-book your parking, when you arrive at Station Approach Road, park in the temporary bays on the right. These can be used for 20 minutes at a time while you book your space. Note: this road is private, with 24-hr surveillance. Cars parked or stopped on yellow hatched lines or double yellow lines get penalties.
