Yes. We have a bar serving a wide selection of drinks and a breakfast station. Breakfast is served from 7am – 10am Monday – Friday, and 7:30am – 10:30am on weekends/bank holidays.

Furthermore, each apartment also comes with an Honesty Basket full of tasty snacks and drinks, which you pay for on check-out, and there’s also a self-service pantry that’s open 24/7, 365, selling drinks, snacks and groceries to cook in your apartment.

Yes, we provide complimentary cots and high chairs. A fitted sheet is included with the travel cot, but you need to provide the rest. You can add cots and high chairs to your booking on Wilde.com so they're in your apartment when you arrive.

There's no scheduled clean for stays of 6 nights or less, although your aparthotel will be stocked with everything you need to keep your space spic and span. If you would like a quick freshening up, we can provide a cleaning service for a small extra cost.

For stays of 7 nights or more there is room cleaning on the fourth day of the stay and then every 7 days thereafter.

Any rubbish you would like us to collect please hang the ‘please collect my rubbish’ sign on the outside of your door and our housekeeping team will happily remove it on the next daytime schedule.

As part of our strategy for a green future we do not change towels daily. Should you need additional towels we are happy to replace a set within your stay.

We don't like to wag our fingers, so we'll get this over quickly. Unfortunately no pets (except guide dogs of course), no smoking in rooms or communal areas, and no events or parties. Double denim is, however, very much encouraged.

Flexibility is the spice of life, which is why we offer fully flexible rates that allow you to cancel for free anytime until 3pm the day before. We also offer semi-flexible rates that mean you can cancel for free up to 3 days before your arrive, and still stay in our good books.

We have accessible rooms available with extra space for wheelchair users and features such as lowered bathroom facilities and pull cord for emergencies.
