As an aparthotel, we want you to enjoy all the freedom, space and flexibility of having your own place to stay. Your apartment is your space to live, relax and settle in, so we leave you to enjoy it your way. We don’t provide daily housekeeping, but you’ll find everything you need to keep things fresh and tidy throughout your stay.

Staying 1–6 nights?

There’s no scheduled clean during your stay. Cleaning supplies, bin bags and fresh towels are provided in your apartment, so you can keep things just the way you like them. If you'd like a full refresh, including fresh linen and towels, our reception team can arrange an additional clean for a small fee.

Staying 7 nights or more?

We’ll carry out a full clean of your apartment on day 4 of your stay, including fresh bed linen and towels, and every 7 days after that.

Need extra towels, supplies or anything else? Our reception team are always happy to help.

We serve breakfast each morning, but after that we leave things in Lyon’s very capable hands. Our shop has all the essentials if you fancy cooking in your apartment, and as Europe’s gastronomic capital, the city is packed with incredible spots to eat. Just ask our team for recommendations - we’re always happy to help.

Check-in is from 3pm, and check-out is by 11am. Our reception is open 24 hours so there will always be someone to meet you on arrival. Early check-in and late check-out are both subject to availability - simply get in touch with the team to ask.

We have a strict non-smoking policy in any of our rooms or communal areas. Events, parties or additional guests/visitors are not permitted. We also now offer pet friendly stays – check out our pet policy here.

All our aparthotels offer complimentary, industry-leading highspeed WiFi throughout all rooms and common areas.

Tea bags, coffee, milk, salt, pepper and sugar are provided on arrival.  If you need more throughout your stay, just let our reception team know.   

Our specially designed, comfortable sofa beds are not made up on arrival, but we provide all the necessary linen required in your room.

They're simple to assemble, but if you need a little help you'll find a step by step guide here.

Hand and body soap are provided in the wall-mounted dispensers. We're happy to top up bathroom supplies (hand wash, hair & body wash) if required. 

Toilet rolls are provided upon arrival and will be topped up during your stay.
