Aparthotel Information

We want you to feel at home, with the space and privacy to unwind. If you’re staying for a week or more, your apartment will be cleaned on the fourth day, and once a week thereafter. Your room has everything you need to keep your space neat and tidy, and of course additional cleans can easily be arranged for a small fee (£25 for studios, £35 for one-bedroom apartments, £45 for two-bedroom apartments). The team are also happy to provide extra towels and any essentials you need. If you’d like us to collect your rubbish, simply hang the rubbish collection hanger on your door.

If there’s anything we can do for you, just ask.

We serve breakfast each morning, but after that we leave things in Lyon’s very capable hands. Our shop has all the essentials if you fancy cooking in your apartment, and as Europe’s gastronomic capital, the city is packed with incredible spots to eat. Just ask our team for recommendations - we’re always happy to help.

Check-in is from 3pm, and check-out is by 11am. Our reception is open 24 hours so there will always be someone to meet you on arrival. Early check-in and late check-out are both subject to availability - simply get in touch with the team to ask.

Our laundry room is available from 7am - 10pm on the ground floor. Detergent tablets are available at reception.

We have a strict non-smoking policy in any of our rooms or communal areas. Events, parties or additional guests/visitors are not permitted. We also now offer pet friendly stays – check out our pet policy here.

All our aparthotels offer complimentary, industry-leading highspeed WiFi throughout all rooms and common areas.

Tea bags, coffee, milk, salt, pepper and sugar are provided on arrival.  If you need more throughout your stay, just let our reception team know.   

Our specially designed, comfortable sofa beds are not made up on arrival, but we provide all the necessary linen required in your room.

Hand and body soap are provided in the wall-mounted dispensers. We're happy to top up bathroom supplies (hand wash, hair & body wash) if required. 

Toilet rolls are provided upon arrival and will be topped up during your stay.
