Welcome to Staycity Serviced Apartments London Heathrow, London’s premier serviced apartments. We offer 144 new apartments consisting of studios, one bedroom and two bedroom serviced apartments conveniently located just a minute’s walk from Hayes & Harlington Train Station.

Staycity Serviced Apartments London Heathrow provide the ideal home away from home for leisure and business travellers alike and direct access by train to Heathrow International Airport and London Paddington.

The apartments come fully furnished with bed linen and towels also provided. They typically offer more than twice the space of a standard hotel room complete with fully-equipped kitchens making them ideal for all your self-catering requirements.
An off-site gym with swimming pool is also available to guests at discounted prices (more info at the bottom of this page).

Wheelchair-accessible apartments are available on request.

Check-in time is 3:00 pm and check-out time is 11:00 am.

Car Parking

If you intend to travel to our property by car why not leave it in our secure car park located on site while you explore London?

We have parking spaces available at £15 per day. Please reserve at time of booking as the number of parking spaces is limited (subject to availability).

Booking Terms

No deposit is required upon booking, the balance is charged upon arrival.

You can also choose to pay for your booking in full when you book 30 days or more in advance and receive a discount. Payment is non-refundable so it’s not possible to cancel or amend these bookings.

Security Deposit

A refundable deposit will be required at check-in. The deposit will be fully refunded providing the apartment has been left without damage and there is no breach of any terms and conditions for the stay.

Tesco Express

Tesco’s is situated upon exit of the main Building, for your everyday shopping. Open daily 6am to 11pm. The High Street is also just around the corner for any other requirements.


An ATM is situated adjacent to Tesco’s which accepts most debit and credit cards.

Botwell Green Leisure Center

A fully equipped Health and Fitness Centre, Swimming Pool and Saunas are available at a discounted price during the stay. Botwell Green Leisure Center is only a short walk from Staycity. Kindly contact Reception for the access passes and directions. Passes for are available at £3 per adult and £2 for children below eight years. Children below eight must be accompanied by a paying adult.


We are pleased to offer complimentary Wi-Fi to all our guests. Reception will provide you with an internet access code on arrival.

The property is located in the newly built High Point Village, 5 minutes from Heathrow Airport and just over 30 minutes from the West End in London. The property is in a gated complex with secure concierge entry. Within the complex is a supermarket and Botwell Green Leisure Centre is a 5 min walk from the property.

The property is situated less than a minute’s walk from Hayes & Harlington train station, 15 minutes from London Paddington by train, and just a few minutes by car from Legoland, Windsor Castle and Stockley Park, one of Europe’s most successful business parks.

How to Get Here

With a short bus ride to Hatton Cross Tube Station (the closest London Underground Tube Station), you have access to the Piccadilly Line which brings you directly to all of London’s major sites and business areas. The Staycity London Heathrow Apartments are also near the major M25 and M4 motorways for convenient travel by car.

By Train: Heathrow Connect at Heathrow Airport covers all terminals and takes about 6 minutes to Hayes & Harlington station or 15 minutes to Paddington Station in London. There is a £5.20 single fare between Heathrow and Hayes & Harlington station, and children between 5 and 15 years old get a 50% discount (fares may change, please check Heathrow Connect website for the most up to date information and fares to other destinations). Oyster cards can be used for travel on trains between Hayes & Harlington and London.

By Bus: Most buses run every 10-15 minutes, times may vary at weekends. From Hatton Cross Tube Station take Bus 90 to arrive directly at Hayes & Harlington Station and High Point Village, where the Staycity Serviced Apartments London Heathrow are located.

Take Bath Road/A4 and turn onto High Street Harlington/A437, travel 2 miles down High Street/Station Road and Highpoint Village/Staycity will be located on right-hand side behind Hayes and Harlington Station.

Driving Directions from the North

Head South on M25. Take exit onto M4 toward Heathrow Airport/London. Take Junction 3 to The Parkway/A312 towards Hayes. On the roundabout turn left onto North Hyde Road, turn right onto Station Road. Staycity will be on your right hand-side.

Driving Directions from the South

Head North on M25. At Junction 15 exit onto M4 toward Heathrow Airport/London. Take Junction 3 to The Parkway/A312 towards Hayes. On the roundabout turn left onto North Hyde Road, turn right onto Station Road. Staycity will be on your right hand-side.

Driving Directions from the East

Head West on M4. Take A312 exit toward Heathrow Airport/Hayes. At the roundabout take 4th exit onto The Parkway/A312. On the roundabout turn left onto North Hyde Road then turn right onto Station Road. Staycity will be on your right hand-side.

Head East on M4. Take Junction 3 to The Parkway/A312 towards Hayes. On the roundabout turn left onto North Hyde Road then turn right onto Station Road. Staycity will be on your right hand-side.

Entry to Staycity Apartments, via Station Approach

The entrance is located via Station Approach; however the Concierge Reception is not visible from Station Approach. Access is via the walkway on the left hand side, adjacent to Tesco’s Express. To access the building, please use the Door Entry Buzzer at Concierge, who have been issued with a list of arriving guest names. From Concierge take the lift to the first floor and follow signage to StayCity Apartments.

Please note that for arrivals and departures between 10pm and 6am the entrance / exit is by the train side access which is located on the right of Tesco at the far end of the building.

Entry to Staycity Car Park, via Station Approach and Important Parking Information

Entry to our car park is via the large gates on the right hand side of Tesco. If you have pre- booked and confirmed a car parking space with Staycity in advance, on arrival kindly press the buzzer by the entrance gate and security will check your booking and allow you access to the parking area. Please park in the parking bay as directed by security as all other bays would already be assigned and some are privately owned and not operated by Staycity. Should you not already have a confirmed and pre-booked parking space, kindly park in the temporary spaces opposite Tesco (free for 20 minutes) and contact Reception on the 1st floor in order to gain access to the car park.

We have a very limited number of car park spaces and car parking can only be guaranteed if this is pre-booked in advance. Car parking is charged at £15 per car, per day. Reception will issue any authorized cars a parking permit which must be displayed at all times. Cars must be parked in the allocated Staycity bay only.

At check-in Reception will issue a car parking permit to authorized cars only. Car Park Permits must be displayed in your vehicle at all times and will only be valid for the designated Staycity parking bays. Failure to park in the designated Staycity parking bay with a valid permit may result in additional penalty charges or a ban from the parking site.
