Yes! We're really close to the main tourist attractions, business hives and transport hubs, so whether you’re staying here for work or leisure or both, you’re right in the heart of the action. At Staycity Jewellery Quarter , you’re located in the heart of the historic Jewellery Quarter in all its beautifully trendy glory, and within walking distance of the likes of New Street Station (1.4km) and the International Convention Centre (0.6km). Meanwhile, footie fans and chocoholics alike can rejoice in the proximity of Aston Villa FC (5km) and Cadbury World (10km).

We offer discounted on-site parking for guests. The cost is £17.50 per night when you use the 30% off code from your pre-arrival email. Please ensure to enter your code when paying, as we’re unable to offer refunds if the code isn’t used. Parking spaces are available on a first come, first served basis.

If our car park is full, there are other options nearby. NCP Car Park is a 5-minute walk away. There is also limited on-street parking – free from 6:00 PM to 8:00 AM, and free on Sundays. Charges apply Monday to Saturday.

Yes! It's open 7am to 10pm daily so there’s no excuse not to work up a sweat! You’ll find a range of cardio equipment, weight training and resistance equipment to keep the blood pumping.

As an aparthotel, we want you to enjoy all the freedom, space and flexibility of having your own place to stay. Your apartment is your space to live, relax and settle in, so we leave you to enjoy it your way. We don’t provide daily housekeeping, but you’ll find everything you need to keep things fresh and tidy throughout your stay.

Staying 1–6 nights?

There’s no scheduled clean during your stay. Cleaning supplies, bin bags and fresh towels are provided in your apartment, so you can keep things just the way you like them. If you'd like a full refresh, including fresh linen and towels, our reception team can arrange an additional clean for a small charge.

Staying 7 nights or more?

We’ll carry out a full clean of your apartment on day 4 of your stay, including fresh bed linen and towels, and every 7 days after that.

We have a strict non-smoking policy in any of our rooms or communal areas. Events, parties or additional guests/visitors are not permitted. We also now offer pet friendly stays – check out our pet policy here.

Check-in online before you arrive! Our quick and easy online check-in is required at all our properties so all you have to do is pick up your key on arrival.

Check-in is from 3pm (15:00) and check-out is before 11am (11:00), or 12pm for members (subject to availability).

We offer the flexibility to extend your check-out time by up to 4 hours (or 3 hours if you've opted for 12pm check-out). This is subject to availability, and is charged per hour.

We know that flexibility is more important than ever for our guests, and we want to give you ultimate peace of mind when you book with us. Fully Flexible rates offer free cancellation online up to 3pm the day before you arrive. If cancelled outside of this the first night will be charged. 

No Show Policy
If a customer fails to arrive or does not cancel within the cancellation policy time – they are treated as a “No Show”. If they have booked the fully flexible rate they will be charged for the first night of their stay only. If they have booked a semi-flexible rate the full amount will be charged and is non-refundable.

We have accessible rooms available with extra space for wheelchair users and features such as lowered bathroom facilities and pull cord for emergencies.
