Cleaning
Cleaning
- There’s no scheduled clean of your apartment for stays of six nights or less. Washing up liquid, a sponge, disposable cloth, tea towels, dustpan and brush, bin bags, and bathroom bag sacks are provided in your apartment. Mops and floor brushes (if not already in your apartment) are available upon request. For stays of 7 nights or more a full cleaning service is included on the 4th day of your stay, which includes a change of bed linen, towels and a general sprucing up of the apartment. This cleaning will also occur every 7 days thereafter.
- If you would like an additional freshening up, we can provide a full cleaning service, including a change of bed linen and towels for a small cost.
- Any rubbish you would like us to collect please hang the ‘please collect my rubbish’ sign on the outside of your door and our housekeeping team will happily remove it on the next daytime schedule.
- As part of our strategy for a green future we do not change towels daily. Should you need additional towels we are happy to replace a set within your stay.

- Check-out is 11am, or 12pm for members of our Stay Sweet Loyalty club (subject to availability).
- Late check-out is subject to availability and charged at €10 per hour, up to 1pm.
Airport shuttlebus
Airport shuttlebus
- The transfer from the airport to the Aparthotel is free of charge. The ride from the Aparthotel to the airport costs € 6 per person. Children under 6 years travel free of charge. Tickets are available at the reception.
- Departures are every 30 minutes from the hotel bus stop at Terminal 1, from 05:55 to 11:25 and from 16:25 to 21:55. The bus stops at Terminal 2 at the hotel bus stop, which is located between exits 8 and 9.
- Departures from the aparthotel are every 30 minutes, from 05:45 to 11:15 and from 16:15 to 21:45.

Tea bags, coffee, milk, salt, pepper and sugar sachets are provided on arrival. Should you need these replenishing please let our reception team know.

- Hand and body soap are provided in the wall-mounted dispensers. We are happy to top up bathroom supplies (hand wash, hair & body wash) if required.
- Toilet rolls are provided upon arrival and will be replenished during your stay.

The fitness room is open daily from 6am to 10pm, and includes a range of cardio equipment, weight training and resistance equipment.

- Late Check-out ist abhängig von der Verfügbarkeit und bis max. 13 Uhr verfügbar. Für diesen Service erheben wir eine Gebühr von 10€ pro Stunde.
