Dublin-based aparthotel operator Staycity Group has announced that it has relinquished the lease on its property in Laystall Street, Manchester with immediate effect.

Staycity’s on-going strategy is to roll out purpose-built properties that are geared towards delivering an exceptional guest experience.

The company’s property at Manchester Piccadilly has gone from strength to strength since opening last year and new properties are planned for Manchester’s Northern Quarter and St Peter’s Square, both of which will have over 200 units.

The Manchester, Laystall Street property has played a big role in promoting the Staycity brand in the city and in delivering revenue and guest satisfaction. However, the company now appreciates the need for fit-for-future buildings purposely designed to deliver the best experience for guests.

Guests with forward bookings will be offered alternative accommodation at Staycity Manchester Piccadilly.
