There's no scheduled clean of your apartment for stays of six nights or less. Washing up liquid, a sponge, disposable cloth, tea towels, dustpan and brush, bin bags, and bathroom bag sacks are provided in your apartment. Mops and floor brushes (if not already in your apartment) are available upon request. For an additional cost, we can arrange fresh bed linen, towels and cleaning supplies to be safely delivered to your door.
For stays of 7 nights or more a full cleaning service is included on the 4th day of your stay, which includes a change of bed linen, towels and a general sprucing up of the apartment. This cleaning will also occur every 7 days thereafter.

You’re just a one-minute walk from Hayes & Harlington Train Station, which gives you direct access to both Heathrow Airport (six minutes to Terminals 1, 2 and 3, 13 minutes to Terminal 4, and 26 minutes to Terminal 5) and Paddington Station in central London (21 minutes). Furthermore, you’re just minutes away from the local high street and its selection of bars, restaurants, cafes and shops.
We provide complimentary luggage storage for guests arriving before their apartment is ready. We also provide luggage storage on check-out, subject to a charge of £2 for a small locker (can fit one small suitcase or two backpacks) or £5 for a large locker (may fit up to three standard suitcases). Items may be held for up to three days.
Yes. Our Staycafé serves pizzas, beer, wine and spirits, as well as a fantastic range of Starbucks drinks throughout the day. Meanwhile, on the first floor, there's the delicious Takaa Tak contemporary Indian restaurant. Here, you can avail of our 'all you can eat' breakfast buffet (served Monday to Friday 7am to 10am, and Saturday and Sunday 7.30am to 11am) as well as cocktails and Indian fusion dishes throughout the day and evening. But don’t forget all our apartments have fully equipped kitchens (kitchenettes in studios) and dining areas so you can cook and eat in the comfort of your very own home from home too!

We serve an 'all you can eat' breakfast buffet at Takaa Tak restaurant on the first floor. This includes unlimited freshly ground coffee, the full cooked English, freshly baked pastries, breads, cereals, yoghurts, fruit, meats, cheeses, juices, etc. This costs £9 per person, while kids aged 10 and under eat for free.

Yes. We have one meeting room, which holds up to 120 people and can be set up in a variety of ways depending on your requirements. For example, theatre, cabaret and U shape. We have a 24-hour secure parking facility for £15 per car per night. Space is limited, so make sure to book ahead. The entrance is via the large gate between Tesco and our entrance. Press 3939 to confirm your name with concierge. Once inside drive towards the sliding gate marked as Staycity in yellow. Choose a Staycity marked bay (1-47 or 56-62). Fines will be imposed by a third party for parking in any other bays. Once checked in you will receive a permit which needs to be displayed in your car at all times.
