If your stay is for 6 nights or less a scheduled clean is not due to take place. Additional towel packs and supplies are available on request.
If your stay is for 7 nights+ a mid-stay clean is normally provided. We have changed this process slightly in order to maintain social distancing guidelines and protect both you and our team. We will now leave your fresh linen and towel packs outside your apartment on Day 7, Day 14, Day 21 etc. before 12pm for you to collect and use. The used linen and towels should be placed in the bin bags provided and left outside your apartment between 9am-12pm any day (please do not leave the bags outside your door after 12pm).
Washing up liquid, a sponge, j-cloth,dishwasher tablets (if applicable), tea toweland dustpan and brush are provided.Mops and floor brushes, are available upon request, just contact reception. Bin bags and bathroom bag sacks are provided in your apartment.
Should you need to dispose of your rubbish before you depart you can leave this outside your door between 9am-12pm for our team to collect. PLEASE ENSURE THE RUBBISH IS DOUBLE-BAGGED AND THAT THERE ARE NO LEAKS TO AVOID SPILLAGES ON THE CORRIDOR FLOOR.
