There is no scheduled cleaning of your apartment for stays of less than six nights. Extra packs of towels are available on request. For stays of seven nights or more, our team will deliver sheets, towels and cleaning products to your apartment by 12pm on the seventh day. This avoids letting the staff into your apartment to maintain social distancing. All packages of linen will be packed and delivered to our PPE team. All used linen must be placed in the laundry package and left at the door by 12 pm the next day to be withdrawn. Dishwashing detergent, a sponge, disposable cloth, one or more towels, dustpan and brush, garbage bags and toilet bags are provided in your apartment. Mops and floor brushes are available on request (if not already provided in your apartment) If you need to get rid of the garbage before departure, leave it outside your door between 9am and 12pm. They are collected safely. Make sure that the waste is placed in a double bag and that there are no leaks to avoid leakage on the hallway floor.
Wall dispensers contain soap for the hands and body. If they need to be replenished, please inform our host team. We can deliver a package with instructions for this restocking to avoid entering your apartment. Toilet rolls are also provided and replenished for stays of seven nights or more. If you need extra toilet rolls, just ask at the front desk.
We have a wonderful outdoor swimming pool, complete with a garden, sun terrace, chairs, loungers and wonderful views. Please note that due to social distancing regulations we have had to introduce new policies regarding the use of the pool and surrounding area. In order for us to keep the number of guests within the guidelines recommended by the government, a reservation system will now be used for the use of the pool. The following procedures have been put in place for your safety and that of our team and must be strictly observed.
• A time slot of up to 2 hours can now be reserved between 10:00 am and 8:00 pm.
• Time slots can only be reserved after hotel check-in.
• You can reserve your time slots for the duration of your stay
• The pool reservation will be assigned to your apartment or villa.
• Therefore, clients cannot book multiple time slots for the same day for different people staying in the same apartment.
• Guests are reminded to keep a safe distance from other guests.
• Access to the swimming pool is not possible on the day of departure and we are currently unable to offer you a late check-out.
We are a five minute drive from Disneyland® Paris. You can avail of our free, private, shuttlebus to and from Disneyland® Paris. This departs Monday to Sunday at 09.00, 09.30, 10.00, 10.30, 18.45, 19.15 and 20.00 and returns from Disneyland® Paris platform M at 19.00, 19.30 and 20.15.
It’s open daily from 6am to 10pm, and includes range of cardio equipment, weight training and resistance equipment. To comply with social distancing, it can only accommodate one person or apartment at a time, and must be pre-booked during your stay.
We will be able to keep your luggage until your apartment is ready.
Check-out is 11am, or 12pm for members of our Stay Sweet Loyalty club.
We are currently unable to offer a late check-out. Express Checkout is now available, further reducing close physical contact. Simply drop your key in the box on departure.
