Our towels and bed linen are washed on cycles of 60 degrees+ to ensure effective sanitization.
There is no scheduled clean of your apartment for stays of six nights or less. Additional towel packs are available on request.
If your stay is for 7 nights+ our team will deliver fresh bed linen, towels, and cleaning supplies to your door before 12pm on Day 7. This avoids entry to your apartment to maintain social distancing guidelines. All linen packs will be packed and delivered by our team wearing PPE. All used laundry should be placed back in the linen pack and left outside your door before 12 pm the next day for collection.
For guests staying with us 7 nights or more, a complimentary cleaning service is provided, which include; a change of linen and towels, collection of rubbish, replenishment of bathroom essentials, and a general tidy of the kitchen and bathroom areas (washing up not included). Every 7 days thereafter another clean will be scheduled. If you are staying less than 7 nights or would like an extra housekeeping service, this can be arranged for £25.00. Please contact reception at least 24 hours prior to arrange.
Any rubbish you would like us to collect please hang the ‘please collect my rubbish’ sign on the outside of your door and our housekeeping team will happily remove it.
Hand and body soap are provided in the wall-mounted dispensers. Should these need replenished please let our reception team know. We can deliver a pack with instructions to avoid entering your apartment.
Toilet rolls are provided upon arrival and will be replenished during your stay (7+ nights only). If you require additional toilet rolls just let our reception team know.
