We're located in the West End of Edinburgh, which is about a 10-minute walk from the city centre. You're also within walking distance of Haymarket Railway Station (1km), Princes Street (1.2km) and Edinburgh Castle (2km), while Edinburgh Airport is less than 13km away.

We have a private and secure on-site 24-hour car park which is bookable for a fee. You can easily reserve your space when you complete your online booking with us. Access to the carpark is via Brandfield Street.

While we don’t serve food or bed & breakfast on-site, we're close to many cafés, bars and restaurants. Ask our friendly team at reception for their recommendations. Don’t forget you’re also free to cook in your fully equipped kitchen/kitchenette.

Yes, we provide complimentary cots and high chairs. A fitted sheet is included with the travel cot, but you need to provide the rest. You can add cots and high chairs to your booking on staycity.com so they're in your apartment when you arrive.

There's no scheduled clean of your apartment for stays of six nights or less. Washing liquid, a sponge, a disposable cloth, tea towels, dustpan and brush, bin bags, and bathroom bags are provided in your apartment. Mops and floor brushes (if not already in your apartment) are available upon request. If you would like an additional freshening up, we can provide a full cleaning service, including a change of bed linen and towels for a small cost. For stays of 7 nights or more a full cleaning service is included on the 4th day of your stay, which includes a change of bed linen, towels and a general sprucing up of the apartment. This cleaning will also occur every 7 days thereafter.

Unfortunately we cannot accept pets (except guide dogs of course). We have a strict non-smoking policy in any of our rooms or communal areas. Events, parties or additional guests/visitors are not permitted. 

Check-in online before you arrive! Our quick and easy online check-in is required at all our properties so all you have to do is pick up your key on arrival.

Check-in is from 3pm (15:00) and check-out is before 11am (11:00), or 12pm for members (subject to availability).

We offer the flexibility to extend your check-out time by up to 4 hours (or 3 hours if you've opted for 12pm check-out). This is subject to availability, and is charged per hour.

We know that flexibility is more important than ever for our guests, and we want to give you ultimate peace of mind when you book with us. Fully Flexible rates offer free cancellation online up to 3pm the day before you arrive. If cancelled outside of this the first night will be charged. Semi Flexible rates are payable on booking, but you can still cancel for free online up until 3pm 3 days before arrival.

No Show Policy
If a customer fails to arrive or does not cancel within the cancellation policy time – they are treated as a “No Show”. If they have booked the fully flexible rate they will be charged for the first night of their stay only. If they have booked a semi-flexible rate the full amount will be charged and is non-refundable.
