Our safeguarding promise
The safety of our team and guests has always been our top priority, but we’re safeguarding it with even greater care and urgency now. To this end, we are monitoring developments in COVID-19 closely, heeding advice from the World Health Organisation and local authorities, and implementing enhanced procedures to ensure the safest environment possible at our aparthotels. Here is all the information on our safeguarding measures.
The coronavirus pandemic is a fluid situation that changes often and varies between regions, both epidemiologically and in terms of restrictions and guidelines. Below are the current restrictions that impact our properties:
Manchester and Birmingham are both at Tier 3 restrictions so we are only accepting corporate guests at the moment.
Liverpool, London and York are at Tier 2 so we can welcome all guests. However, only guests from within the same household or part of the same support bubble can occupy one apartment together.
Due to current government guidelines we are only accepting corporate guests. We can welcome all leisure guests from December 15th until January 20th.
We are open to all leisure guests from Co. Dublin from December 1st 2020.

Face coverings are mandatory in all of our hotel public spaces.
*Please check for travel restrictions in the city you are travelling to before booking and ensure that you are complying with any local restrictions.
We’d like to remind all guests who made bookings directly with us on staycity.com under our ‘FREE CANCELLATION’ rate that they can cancel their stay free of charge up until 12 noon (local time) prior to their arrival date.
We’d also like to reassure those of you who’d like to book or have already booked directly with us on staycity.com under our ‘PAY NOW AND SAVE’ rate that we have increased the flexibility on this arrangement — you can change the dates on these bookings. (Rate changes may apply and must be rebooked within a 3 month period)
Guests booking via third parties are advised to contact their booking provider for information on their policies.
