Whether your visit is for business or pleasure we have a superb selection of serviced apartments to suit your needs. Providing a genuine home from home, all apartments are fully furnished with kitchenettes, dining areas, bedrooms and more. We offer a selection of 38 studio apartments (sleeps 2) and 12 one bedroom apartments (sleeping 3 and 4 persons), which come fully furnished with bed linen and towels also provided. All apartments also come with microwave ovens and LCD TVs.
Check-in time is 2.30 pm and check-out time is 11.00 am.
Car Parking
If you intend to travel to our apartments by car why not leave it in our secure Car Park located on site while you explore Paris? We have spaces available at €20 per day. Please reserve your space at the time of booking (subject to availability).
Booking Terms
A non-refundable deposit of 20% is required upon booking, with the remainder charged upon arrival.
You can also choose to pay for your booking in full when you book 30 days or more in advance and receive a discount. Payment is non-refundable so it’s not possible to cancel or amend these bookings. Look out for the PREPAY AND SAVE symbol!
Our property is situated in the cozy 10th District near Canal Saint-Martin. We’re only 5-7 minutes from Gare de l’Est and 10 minutes from Gare du Nord. And just a few minutes walk in the opposite direction will take you to République.
In other words we are within touching distance of some of the city’s top attractions!
From Charles de Gaulle Airport:
Take the RER B to Gare du Nord, then take Metro line 4 or 5 to Gare de l’Est. Take exit Boulevard de Strasbourg to Boulevard de Magenta and Passage Dubail (where we are) is just behind 54 Boulevard Magenta. It should only take less than 1 hour in total.
If you have your own car or take a taxi expect a 30-45 minute drive to our property.
