Lever Court Apartments
Our 64 Lever Court apartments offer superior accommodation and a great location, placing you close to main tourist attractions in Liverpool.
Lever Court Liverpool apartments are located on Duke Street, close to the Ropewalks area of the city centre and right beside the Liverpool ONE. So, if you are in to shopping, this is a location for you.
In Lever Court we offer a great selection of one bedroom Liverpool apartments that can sleep up to 3 persons, two beds which can accommodate up to 6 and three bedroom apartments for up to 8 people.
All apartments come fully furnished with bed linen and towels also provided. All apartments also come with fully equipped kitchens, washer/dryer, microwave oven, TV/DVD players and lounge/dining area.
Mount Pleasant Apartments
Finished to the same superb standard, our Mount Pleasant Liverpool Apartments are located on Mount Pleasant Street, right in the city centre. We are near the Chavasse Park and the St John’s and Clayton Square Shopping Centres.
In Mount Pleasant we offer one bedroom apartments (sleeps 3) and two beds (sleeping 5). They come fully furnished with bed linen and towels also provided. All apartments also come with fully-equipped kitchens, washer/dryer, microwave oven, TV/DVD players and lounge/dining area.
Spectrum Apartments
Our Spectrum Liverpool apartments are located on Duke Street in the up and coming Ropewalks area of the city centre and right next door to the Liverpool ONE development.
In Spectrum we offer one bedroom apartments (sleeping 3) and two beds, which can sleep up to 6 people.
FAQ
Is there a hairdryer, iron and board, washing powder, Wi-Fi access, sky tv/sports in the apartment? Yes, however the hairdryer is available upon request.
Do you supply towels? We do indeed. You can also request additional fresh towels at a cost of £5. However, if you are staying with us for a week or longer, we will change them for you once at no charge.
Do you service your Liverpool apartments daily? We service our apartments before you arrive and after you leave. There is no one disturbing you during your stay. You can request your apartment to be serviced though and we will happily do that for you. However, if you stay with us for a week of longer, we will service the apartment once a week for you and the cost of that will be included in price. For short stays we charge £25 per additional cleaning.
Do you have car parking? Yes we do. The cost of a parking space is £12 per day.
