All our studios and apartments are fully furnished. Bed linen and towels are also provided.

Each apartment contains a fully-equipped kitchen (kitchenette in studios) with fridge/freezer, oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, utensils including cutlery and crockery. There are also dining table and chairs in each apartment as well as an armchair and a coffee table (except for studios). Each also includes a LCD TV with Freeview. DVD players are also available upon request.

 

You have options of double, single or twin beds as well as a twin sofa bed in the living room that can be turned into a double bed or twin beds.

 

The Executive Studios and Apartments also include a Blu Ray Player, iPhone/iPod Docking Station and Nespresso Coffee maker.

Greenwich High Road and Deptford Bridge Station

These apartment blocks in Greenwich are situated in central London, next to Greenwich Station (DLR).

 

They’re also located minutes from the famous Cutty Sark tea clipper ship, the National Maritime Museum, Royal Observatory Greenwich, Greenwich Park, O2 Arena.

 

Heathrow

This apartment block is conveniently situated in High Point Village, less than a minute’s walk from Hayes & Harlington train station.

 

London Paddington is 17 minutes away by train and to get to Heathrow Airport only takes 6 minutes.

 

They’re also located just a short drive away from Legoland, Windsor Castle and Stockley Business Park.

No deposit is required in order to secure a booking.

No amendments or refunds can be processed if the reservation is subsequently cancelled.

Yes, a security deposit will be required upon check-in. A charge of £50 per person is applicable to Adults and children of 16 years and above (children of 15 years and under are exempt). Please be advised that only ONE credit or debit card payment can be made in respect of the apartment security deposit, which will be the responsibility of the lead guest. Individual per person payments are not permitted and the lead guest will be responsible for the conduct of the occupants.

 

The payment will be used to cover incidental items including, but not limited to, breakages, damage to property, additional cleaning costs due to the apartment being left in an unacceptable state, excessive electricity usage, and breaches to regulations such as smoking in the rooms or causing disturbance of other guests enjoyment of the property. Security Deposits may also be used by Management in the event of un-authorised extra guests using the room and facilities.

 

If the Security Deposit is paid in cash (not acceptable in our Heathrow property), it will be refunded upon departure, after a representative of Staycity has checked the condition of the apartment. Security Deposits held on a credit card (via a pre-authorisation) or charged to a debit card will be refunded as per the issuing bank’s policy. Typically this may take between 3-10 working days, however some banks do take longer.

 

Customers should note that with pre-authorisation no money is transferred at the time, but it will affect your available funds balance and spending limits on the card while the pre-authorisation exists. The Operator is not liable for any delays in refunding pre-authorisations by credit card companies.

Phone charges (where available) are charged by usage. All other normal charges (electricity/gas/water/heating etc.) are covered in the nightly charge. Excessive usage of electricity may result in an extra charge to the cardholder and/or guest(s). To avoid exceeding the electricity allowance, we request that guests turn off any appliances/lighting/heating when not in use.

 

Please ensure that studios/apartments are left in good condition – all waste placed in waste bin, and all crockery, cutlery and utensils washed. Otherwise, an additional charge of £25 will be applied.

 

Staycity reserves the right to charge the cardholder and/or guest(s) for any damage caused by the guest or any of the guest’s party. A full inventory check of the studio/apartment is carried out before the guest’s arrival and after the guest has departed. Any damage to the studio/apartment, or missing or damaged contents will be charged to cardholder and/or guest(s).

 

PLEASE NOTE: IN LINE WITH THE OVERWHELMING MAJORITY OF OUR CUSTOMERS’ WISHES, ALL OF OUR STUDIOS/APARTMENTS ARE STRICTLY NON-SMOKING. A £150 CHARGE WILL APPLY IN THE EVENT THAT SMOKING OCCURS IN A STUDIO/APARTMENT. THANK YOU FOR YOUR COOPERATION!

Deposits paid (Prepay and Save) are non-refundable.

Cancellation of a reservation will be effective only from the date of receipt. Cancellations must be made by e-mail to greenwich.info@staycity.comdeptford.info@staycity.com or heathrow.info@staycity.com. Confirmation of cancellation will be sent to you. If you do not receive confirmation, then your cancellation may not have been received. Client and Booking Agent do not guarantee that emails sent to it are received. It is Client’s responsibility to ensure receipt of their cancellation.

 

Cancellations may be liable to the charges outlined below. Depending on the reasons for your cancellation, you may be able to reclaim these cancellation charges from your insurance company, if you have taken out travel insurance. We strongly recommend that all clients obtain appropriate travel and personal insurance cover.

 

Cancellations must be received before 12 noon (UK time) at least 1 day before the arrival date, and received by email to greenwich.info@staycity.com deptford.info@staycity.com or  heathrow.info@staycity.com . For bookings not made directly on www.staycity.com the cancellation email must be received before 12 noon (UK time) at least 2 days before the arrival date. No further charges will be made for cancellations received prior to this deadline.

 

If Client notifies of cancellation within 24 hours, or fails to arrive, the full amount will be charged and is non-refundable. For bookings not made directly on www.staycity.com : within 48 hours.

 

Cancellations are not permitted for Prepay and Save bookings.

A self-catering apartment is not serviced daily, as in a hotel. Additionally, cooking, cleaning and washing are done by the guest. However, for stays of more than one week, the studio/apartment will be serviced once weekly, with bed linen changed once a week and fresh towels supplied every fourth day. If additional cleaning is required, this can be arranged at an extra cost.

Check-in is at 15:00, and check out is at 11:00 am.

 

Depending on the availability of the studio/apartment, you may be able to check-in to your studio/apartment earlier than this, though this cannot be guaranteed. The cost for this is £10. This fee is waived for customers that have booked direct on www.staycity.com.

 

As we need to have access to the studio/apartment to service it prior to the arrival of the next guest(s), we request that guests leave the studio/apartment by 11:00 am on the day of departure. Subject to availability, an afternoon/evening check-out may be arranged at £10 per hour up to 15:00. This fee is waived for customers that have booked direct on www.staycity.com.

Subject to availability, a booking may be extended. However, we cannot guarantee the same nightly rate. Generally, extra nights will be charged at the rates applicable at the time.

Yes, we offer on-site parking facilities at our Heathrow location at £15/day and at Greenwich High Road at a cost of £10/day, subject to availability.

Please reserve at time of booking as the number of parking spaces is limited.

 

Heathrow
The entrance is between Tesco Express and our reception entrance (iron gate). Vehicles can only be parked for a maximum of 20 mins in front of the property in marked bays.

Yes, you can leave your luggage in our secure lockers for £2/locker.

Currently we give 1 key for studios and one bedroom apartments, and 2 keys for two bedroom apartments.

Dublin - Frequently Asked Questions

Each apartment is fully-furnished with bedroom(s), bathroom(s) and living room with kitchen. Each apartment also includes a TV (DVD player on request), refrigerator, washing machine, cutlery, towels and bed linen (+ sofa-beds in most apartments).

We have 181 apartments in 4 different locations in Dublin City Centre. All apartments are located within 3-10 minutes’ walk from the Temple Bar district. Temple Bar can be considered the centre point of the city. All the main shopping districts, such as Grafton Street and Henry Street are also just a few minutes away on foot.

No deposit is required in order to secure a booking.

We supply secure onsite parking facilities at Saint Augustine St at a cost of €14/day. There are also several car parks located near our other apartments. Additionally, street parking is available in many areas close to the apartments.

Yes, the reception desks located at Saint Augustine St, Millennium Walk and Christchurch are all open 24 hours.

Yes, at Saint Augustine St you can leave your luggage in our secure lockers for €2 or €3 per locker.

 

If you wish to store your luggage for a few hours in our other properties we are happy to oblige.

 

Please note that we cannot accept responsibility for lost or stolen luggage/personal items, and that luggage/personal items are left at the owners’ risk.

Birmingham - Frequently Asked Questions

Our apartments are fully furnished with fully-equipped kitchens (or kitchenettes), dining areas, living areas with sofa beds, bedrooms and more.

 

All apartments come with bed linen and towels, and are equipped with full central heating, , microwave oven, LCD TV, hairdryer and iron/ironing board. You’ll also have access to either a washer/dryer in your apartment or a communal laundry service.

 

The Executive Apartments include a 32” LED TV, Blu Ray Player, iPhone/iPod Docking Station and Nespresso Coffee maker.

Arcadian Centre
These apartments are located in the Arcadian Centre in Birmingham City Centre. For shopping fans the Bullring is a 2-minute walk away, and just a few minutes’ walk takes you to New Street Station.

 


Newhall Square

These apartments are located in the historical Jewellery Quarter in Birmingham City Centre. The ICC and NIA are a 5-minute walk away, as well as the vibrant Broad Street for restaurants and bars.

 

New Street Station has rail links to the whole of the UK and is located under a 1 mile away.

Yes, we offer parking facilities at both our properties, subject to availability. We have limited spaces so book your car parking space in advance online, by calling us or at the reception desk.

 

Arcadian Centre

The Car Park cost £13/day and is located in the Arcadian Centre. Please drive through the ramp of Arcadian Car Park to the 3rd level. You will see our car park located on the right side (2nd roller shutter on the right for Entry) sign posted as Staycity.

Newhall Square

The Car Park cost £12/day and is located in the same complex as our apartments. Parking is available 3pm – 11am. The entrance is located on Charlotte Street, postcode: B3 1PW (next to the reception entrance).

Liverpool - Frequently Asked Questions

No deposit is required in order to secure a booking.
